1. Warranty Coverage
Frame Structure
5-year warranty against structural defects, frame warping, and joint failure under normal use.
Upholstery & Craft
3-year warranty on stitching, cushion resilience, and fabric integrity under normal use.
Mechanisms
2-year warranty on reclining, swivel, and adjustable mechanisms.
Surface Materials
2-year warranty against peeling, cracking, or fading under normal indoor conditions.
2. What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and patina that develops with use over time.
- Damage from improper use, accidents, modifications, or commercial cleaning.
- Damage from exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, or extreme temperatures.
3. How to Make a Claim
Document the issue with clear photos and locate your order number. Email warranty@fuzzsofa.com with your photos, order number, and description of the issue. We assess the claim within 5 business days and arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
4. Construction Documentation
Every piece ships with detailed photo and video documentation of its construction process, serving as both a record of craftsmanship and a reference for any future warranty claims.
