By accessing or purchasing from fuzzsofa.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place orders.
2. Made-to-Order Products
All Fuzz Sofa pieces are produced individually after order confirmation. Production timelines, dimensions, and material choices are as described on each product page and confirmed at checkout.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise noted and are subject to change. Payment is processed securely at checkout; production only begins after full payment is received.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery details and options are described in our Shipping Policy. Customs duties and import taxes on international shipments are handled DDP by the studio.
5. Returns & Warranty
Because each piece is made to order, returns are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Manufacturing defects are covered by our Warranty.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, photography, and copy on fuzzsofa.com are the property of Fuzz Sofa Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fuzz Sofa Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website beyond the value of the order in question.
